1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must have the original packaging and tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items on clearance or marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bagplus.lk with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@bagplus.lk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
